Founder and President W.L. "Bill" Patten, Sr. founded the company in 1998. He has over 35 years of experience. He is currently licensed in the state of Arizona. Bill has previously been licensed in the states of California and Utah.

Over his 35 years in the business, he has opened field offices in several states. He has hired, trained and supervised dozens of people (in sales, service and customer relations) in the fields of general pest control; covering residential, institutional and commercial pest control, termite control & fumigation.

Bill's vast experience in the pest control industry covers: hospitals, nursing homes, apartment complexes, business offices (including the 5 million square foot Wells Fargo Towers in downtown Los Angeles), USDA inspected slaughter houses, grocery & convenience stores, dairy farms, restaurants and public tourist attractions, such as Biosphere 2, the Desert Museum and Old Tucson.

Sarah L. (Patten) Wittmann has worked, off and on, for the pest control part of our business since her early twenties. Now owner/technician, mother, and friend to many. She brings a fresh new look to the business. She has a college degree with great customer service and pest control experience.
